Update on 5810 So Normandie Ave Historic Status

My nomination of the Cadet Records building at 5810 S Normandie Ave in Los Angeles to be a L.A. City Historic-Cultural Monument was approved unanimously today by the Cultural Heritage Commission and moves on to a site visit and possible audience before the Los Angeles City Council. The building’s owner called in and was not negative about the nomination but wanted to know more about the process.
